Make-up, stamping and hanging ticket
(1)貨物的裝潢為單幅碼折再包牛皮紙。
The goods are made up full width yard lapped then wrapped in kraft paper.
(2)我府綢是對折卷板外套塑料袋。
Our poplin is made up doublefold rolled on cardboard and then put into polythene bags.
(3)燈芯絨一般是全幅卷筒外包塑料紙。
Corduroy is usually made up full width rolled on tube and then wrapped in polythene sheets.
(4)貴方所訂薄花呢包裝將采用雙幅卷板，外包牛皮紙，然后裝木箱。
The Tropical Suiting you have ordered are to be made up doublefold rolled on cardboard, wrapped in kraft paper, and then to be packed in wooden cases.
(5)每匹全幅折疊外包塑料紙，或對折卷板塑料袋。
The piece is to be longfolded, wrapped in polythene sheet, or to be half width folded rooled on card board and put in polythene bag.
(6)貨物將按賣方通常裝潢裝運。
The goods will be delivered in seller’s usual make-up.
(7)每匹碼折并蓋有賣方梢印（布面印）。
The pieces are to be made up yard lapped with sellers’usual cut-end stamping. (Face Plait Stamping)
(8)每匹對折卷板蓋有賣方通常的梢印外包玻璃紙（或塑料制）。
Each piece is to be doublefoleded, rolled on cardbord with sellers’usual face plait stamping, and wrapped in cellophane (or polythene sheet).
(9)染色府綢每匹蓋有梢印外包玻璃紙，兩端各系有紙帶。
Each piece of Dyed Poplin bears face plait stamping and is wrapped in cellophane with a paper hand at each end.
(10)買方邊字須于貨物生產前詳細告知工廠并征得工廠的同意。
Buyers’ wording for selvedge stamping should be made known to the mills in detail for their approval before production.
(11)如買戶要使用自己的商標，須在成交前征得我們的同意。
In case the buyers desire to have their own trade mark, they should obtain our consent before conclusion of business.
(12)我們歉難同意買方要求每匹系一吊牌。
We regret that we are unable to comply with the buyers’ request for fixing a hanging ticket on each piece.
(13)每匹系有吊牌詳注本匹規格。
Affixed to each piece please find a hanging ticket bearing the description of the piece.
Assortment for each case/bale
(1)該貨包裝為單色成包。
The goods are packed in sighle colour per bale.
(2)該或為箱裝，每箱30匹一花五位平均搭配。
The goods are packed in cases each containing 30 pcs. in one design with its five colourways equally assorted.
(3)該貨為布包包裝，每包20匹，混色成包。
The goods are to be packed in 20 pieces per bale in assorted colours.
