Terms of price

(1)上述報價系每碼CIF漢堡凈價。

The above-quoted prices are all on the basis of CIF Hamburg net per yard.

(2)這里所報價格系離岸加運費到佛里敦價包括1%傭金。

The price quoted herein is based on C&F Freetown with 1% commission.

(3)按貴方要求，我方報此三品種的FOB天津凈價。

We quote the prices for these three articles on the basis of FOB TIANJIN net at your  request.

(4)除非另有說明，今后以函件或電報所報價格均為CIF無傭金價。

It is understood that unless otherwise stated, all the prices quoted hereafter in either letters or cables are on the basis of CIF terms without commision.

(5)此報盤是以CIFC3%倫敦價為基礎(chǔ)。

This offer is on CIF3% London Basis.

(6)我們的報價一般以CIF為基礎(chǔ)，但C&F亦可接受，如果買戶要求此條件。

Our prices are usually based on CIF, but C&F will do if buyers request.

(7)如買戶欲按C&F與我方做交易，自行保險的話，則只能從CIF價中減去0.3%。

Only 0.3% is to be deducted from the CIF price if buyers like to trade with us on C&F basis and insure the goods themselves.

(8)CIF MONTREAL價格中不包括從目的港至任何其他內(nèi)陸城市的陸路運費和保險費。內(nèi)陸運輸由用戶自行負責(zé)。

Buyers are to take care of inland transportation as the price on CIF Montreal term excludes the overland freight and insurance from the port of destination to any other inland cities.
